Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A completed return form must accompany your package

Please note: For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and final sale items marked with “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  2. Complete the Return Form (template provided below) and include it with your package
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same steps as our return process
  2. Clearly indicate on your return form the replacement item you’d like (style, size, and colour)
  3. If there’s a price difference, our team will contact you to arrange payment or refund

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
